Agile Framework

Scrum is an Agile framework for managing projects, particularly in construction development. It is based on the principles of transparency, inspection, and adaptation. In the construction and property development sector, Scrum can be used to manage and expedite the complex, multi-disciplinary projects that are common in this industry.

Agility is a mindset that values adaptability, flexibility, and responsiveness to change. This mindset is particularly useful in the construction and property development sector, where projects are often subject to changing requirements, delays, and other challenges. Agile principles can be used to improve collaboration and communication between stakeholders, increase efficiency and productivity, and enhance the overall quality of the final product.

In practice, Scrum and Agile principles are used to organize work into sprints, or short, iterative cycles of development. Teams work together to define and prioritize goals for each sprint, and then work to achieve those goals within the sprint timeframe. At the end of each sprint, the team reviews its progress and makes adjustments as needed. This approach allows teams to respond quickly to changing project requirements and deliver a high-quality product in a more efficient and effective way.

Our Project Team is also trained and certified in PSCS (Project Supervisor Construction Stage) and certified with the CIF.
