Sustainability
Coexisting with Nature

Guiding Principle

Sustainability is the Liteways principle for creating and maintaining the conditions under which humans and nature can coexist in productive harmony. Our goal is to feather your nest the Liteway – modern, cosy, with as litte as possible longterm impact on Nature and your pocket. For us sustainability refers to the design, construction, and operation of buildings and infrastructure in a way that minimizes negative environmental impacts, promotes social well-being, and enhances economic vitality.

One aspect of this is the use of environmentally-friendly materials and techniques, such as using energy-efficient systems, recycled materials, and renewable energy sources. Another aspect is designing buildings and infrastructure that promote health and well-being, such as incorporating natural light, fresh air, and green spaces, and designing for walkability and bike-ability.

Cycles of Life

Sustainability also includes the concept of life-cycle assessment and building for the future, considering the complete life-cycle of a building, from design to construction, operation, maintenance, renovation and eventually demolition. This includes considering the environmental impact of the building materials, energy efficiency, indoor air quality, and overall operational efficiency.

Another important aspect of sustainability in the construction and property development sector is the concept of resilience. This refers to the ability of buildings and infrastructure to withstand and recover from natural disasters and other disruptions. This includes designing buildings to withstand extreme weather conditions and sea-level rise, as well as incorporating systems and procedures to minimize damage and facilitate recovery in the event of an emergency.

Aims

Overall, the principle of sustainability for Liteways is to design, build, and operate buildings and infrastructure in a way that promotes environmental, social, and economic sustainability while considering the entire life-cycle of the building and building resilience in an uncertain future.

Be believe Green-Houses can be so much more for Humanity and for Nature.
